Yes you draw a horizontal line on the 20 cm mark and then on that horizontal line ( hipline) you put your hip circumference.

So the hipline is for you to know where to place your hip measurement ( hip circumference) just like the bust line, waist line and so on

Hello there, the shop is Makoti fabric shop in Marabastadt (you can Google it to get its shop number). The price is + - R70 per metre. The fabric is 150 cm wide.

I just measured my waist (a quarter of my waist measurement since I am working with a folded front panel) measurement then removed anything extra.
