How to use :

Day 1 update: I looped this while I slept. I woke up feeling better, in a more outgoing and productive mood. Insecurities have dimished a bit too. I'm doing a flush with Sapien's audios during the day and at night I listen to Vox. Once I don't need the flushing audios anymore I will go back to my usual playlist.

Hey bros, my bad just saw this when I got back checking out the sub. I stopped listening to this but will be back as it gave me good results even though banged this a few days the reason is that I didn't have access to my phone/laptop. But I can say that I could get people to look straight into their eyes during a conversation, most of the time I was confident and could dominate in most small situations myself, plus anxiety was a little lower, since I got social anxiety disorder, people could feel all these results and some men was being submissive. In short, a great subliminal, just need time and consistency.

I am trying to set an effective playlist about confidence, right now i have this + hank moody + extreme self esteem + ultimate extrovert (last 2 are from his other channel) but i'd love to reduce to just 2 + booster. I think you should drop extreme self esteem and ultimate extrovert. Alpha mindset and hank moody already has those self esteem/extrovert benefits. Instead of ultimate extrovert swap that out with Extreme extroversion. That one focuses on mental processes and really hammers it down.
