I could, but it's much easier on the machine, and besides, it's just too much fun blasting back up the hill! And, since I'm retired, I don't have to be in a hurry to get it none NOW. It's better to take your time, relax, and have fun!
Hi Steve, the reason your winch controller operates up is down and down is up is because your winch rope on the winch needs to be switched, i literally just did this the other day to a friend of mines SXS's winch was doing the same thing and all it needed to be done was unwind the rope or cable all the way and flip it around on the winch, very easy to do, i had to do the same thing on my Quad's Winch a while ago so now for me and my friends sxs up is up and down is down. P.S. How do you like that Pioneer? some guys told me if i wanted to upgrade from my quad they recommend the pioneer
Hi Matt, sorry for the late reply. I love my Pioneer, but it's not for everyone. The 700 model is relatively slow. If you drive dirt roads or open land you'll be wishing you had the 1000. I don't like to take my 700 over 35 because the rpm's wind out and you just know that keeping it at the rev limiter is bad for engine longevity. For fairly slow and challenging conditions it excels. The rear end is permanently locked so it will tear up your lawn. That's really the only complaint I have. I wish I could turn the rear locker on and off.

1500 long driveway! geees that beats my 800 feet long driveway lol. but love our honda utv for plowing
Flip you green and black wire on you winch contactor it will change your switch.
