I test drove the bike last Tuesday and my God it was beautiful..upright riding postures, super suspension and super engine ... This is made for my Bangalore City.. Very easy to handle...i feel in love with bike and booked it right away... Blue and white colour.. taking delivery this weekend... This all happened after i saw this video.. .. Keep up your good work Arun..
5 years warranty speaks of its build quality and service center coverage. I can attest if you buy a Honda even if you don’t take care 100K miles is guaranteed

Hero always hero, superb bro
Missed a few points. 4 small valves move faster than 2 big valves, so the bike can rev faster and higher. I have the 2V and this bike has a massive defect. The headlight throw is completely different with and without a pillion. There is nothing you can do to change that. Even when the rear suspension is at the lowest preload the change in headlight throw is too much. Also the service is horrible. I will list the points.
1. They have kids in service centers and one of them poured brake fluid on my front suspension and paint came off and the mechanic didn't even have the courage to to tell me that and was hiding inside during delivery.
2. Service centers don't stock the spares and this bike spares are hard to get outside. Even the tube is hard to come by and if the tube is badly damaged you have to carry you bike home and wait for spares tube which might even take a month.
3. When trying to complain of problems all the complaint numbers go round and round and everyone will tell you same story. This is the best I can do , if you have problem call this number and complain.
4. Hero has provided no solution for my headlight throw problem and its been 4 years. Some people have even changed the rear suspension due to other defects but the headlight problem still persists.
5. Service centers will not give you the spares even if they have it. They will insist on doing the service themselves, which again they won't do on time or properly.
If you have got this far, read this too. This is an excellent bike but don't trust Hero to maintain it for you. Buy only if you know a very good mechanic.

Major problems :
1.Kick starter not working for many users. Complained about it to showroom manager, service varum bothu pathukalam nu solli irukanga.
2. False neutral from 2nd to 1st gear during downshift idhu sometimes unstable hight ah iruka ground la dangerous ah irukum short riders kela vila vaipu iruku. But after I got used it athu palagiduchi.
3. Bluetooth connectivity and direction la summa joke.
4. Gear indicator clutch ah lite ah engage panna kuda katadhu.
5. Short riders ku palagara veraikum konjam kastam palagita maja dha.
6. Standstill U-turn konjam kastam until we gets used to it.
Unnoticed in Xpulse:
Aprm Apache la vara mari Ride through traffic kuda work aagudhu enaku 2 gear la kuda flat surface la accelerate pannamakuda vandi off aagama pogum just clutch ah lite ah release panna 1st gear la sudden ah vitta 1st gear la off aaidum. But idha pathi company advertisement ah panla. Oruvela ithu enaku mattum dha work aagudha terla.
No other major problem.

Bro kick starter old bike la vara mari irukadhu xpulse la... First even I thought there's issue with the kick starter but without acceleration, nalla oru maethi maethicha oray kick la on aaidum....
And about false neutral, even I had that issue but after first service enaku ok aaiduchi. And gear indicator, nambe bike la software based gear indicator dhan. Based on RPM and speed la dhan gear calculate aagudhu adhan when u hold clutch idle rpm naala it can't show proper gear position...
Traffic la maneuver pandradhu lite ah gaandu dhan but after 2 months enaku sema easy maneuver panna mudidhu so don't worry based on ur skills and experience you will get used to it ....
I use Bluetooth turn by turn navigation... True ah solren enaku personal ah romba useful ah iruku maybe 4V la update naala sodhapudhu pola....
And nanu 5'4 dhan😆 first 2 months sema Ganda irunchi to ride... Nearly 4 times bike keela poten (Main reason clutch play was not so good before service) so inclines apo bike off aagi kila poten but that was very good lesson for me... Ipolam confident ah off road inclination laiye pause panni ninnu pora alavuku i gained confidence and skills....

I had brought this bike last month. Really Xpulse 4v is much more better than 2v. On Hero adyar showroom, sales support is very nice but their service is average bro. they are not servicing well. Nandanam hero branchla service nala irukunu kelvi paten.. let me try 2nd service and share here. And thanks for the review arun bro
Nandanam hero same worst service. Medavakkam even bad. Hero likes to keep uniform bad service throughout

Ipo pona supervisor Ipo la panna mudiyadhu nu solran, manager kitta complaint pannadhuku panna solli sonna supervisor kitta solli. Ipo vandha aprm 1 hour aagi kuda water wash kuda panla. Xpulse ku nu iruka special mechanic busy nu solranga. TH-cam channel la service video la katra amount ah vida 500 extra charge panranga. Mechanic ku seperate ah 100 bribe kekuranga. Totally disappointed with Vellore Hero motocorp service. 1000 irundha 800 irundha veliya pannikalam. But warranty claim aagadho nu showroom la panna vendi iruku.
Final ah water service mudichutu evening vandhu delivery eduthukonga sollitanga 🤬 afterall oru oil service panna oru 15 mins aaguma athuku eduku full day terla . Vellore Hero service center worst behaviour.

Super Review Bro. Suggesting this Mod for Xpulse 200 4v Tourers Only
I have a 2022 Xpulse 200 4v. As we know it touches 90kmph speed at around 6000 rpm. As we know peak torque comes in at around 6500 rpm. Any engine would operate at its peak efficiency around the RPM where it makes peak torque. Beyond this the engine wouldn't be operating efficiently. Also it would be healthy to operate it within this RPM especially for long durations. I wanted to cruise comfortably at around 100kmph especially since I do frequent long rides like Bangalore to Kanyakumari for instance which is around 700km. I recently change my stock chain sprocket set with the one which comes with the XPULSE 200 2V model. Everything is same except the rear sprocket which is 38 tooth when compared to 4v model's 45tooth rear sprocket. As per calculation it results in 15% taller gearing which yields 15% higher top speed. Tested it for around 500 kms before writing this. The initial pick up is slightly compromised. So it would'nt be great for hard core dirt track riders or racers. But for touring it is awesome. I am now able to touch close to 90kmph at around 5000 rpm and 104 kmph at around 6000 rpm. The engine runs in a cool manner and this would be due to bike making more speed with lesser engine RPM.
Gears and Speed:
The feel in 1st and 2nd gears are almost same except for slightly lesser pickup.
In 3rd gear you have to use it till 40 to 45kmph speed and then can shift to 4th gear
45 to 60 - 65 kmph in 4th gear and after that can go to 5th gear.
It takes a little bit time to get used to this different feel.
As the engine has good amount of bottom and mid range torque the taller gearing doesn't seem to be a problem.
Mileage:
If I cruise at 90 to 100 kmph speed I am getting around 50+ kmpl mileage.
Gear Indicator :
Problem is that the gear indicator doesn't show accurate gears. This is because hero doesn't use a sensor to detect gear position. The ECM calculates speed and engine rpm and arrives at the gear number. This is the reason gear indicator goes blank whenever we press the clutch lever.
Conclusion:
This would be helpful for those who love long rides and touring. The engine runs cool, better mileage, much smoother as it is running at lower rpm at given speed. Will be able to use each gears for a wider range of speed. Gives more flexibility for different kind of roads. For instance on small state highways with lot of twisties I could go upto 4th gear as I couldn't cross 60 to 65 kmph speed in such roads. It was good feel. I got the 2v sprocket from here - sparify.co/.../hero-x-pulse-200-200fi-rolon-chain... which seems to be a lot more cheaper than from the service center.

My friend bought this 3 months before bro.. And we are used to go college only in road 😅 no off roading ...but the entire rear suspension get damaged and he claimed warrenty with in a day 🔥 and get replaced
