My experience: ----------------- My first choice was the no-brainer Gulf livery until it was cancelled. Then it was this Volcano Orange but the release date was uncertain at the time & the shop I ordered from advised me to accept either one of the two colours available as stock was very, very limited so I opted for the white with blue trimmings but then got the unfortunate news that I was a few minutes late & so the very last unit available was ice silver & whether I liked it or not, I had to accept it. The delivery was after a very long wait i.e. many months overdue with one delay after another sometime last year. After the terribly long wait, there was another shock - due to the volatile currency exchange rate, the price had increased from the time I gave the deposit for my order to the time stock was finally available. After being brutally wounded with all the unwanted negative events, I finally held it in my hands. And then, a strange feeling enveloped over me - I had waited so long & had paid so much relatively for something plastic. I didn't quite feel the same way when I got my first composite, the Alfa 4C & subsequently the Huracan. Was rather disappointed with AUTOart's efforts with this one, the P1.. And to rub salt into the wound, there was a .... defect. Not so obvious at first upon a cursory glance but when proper inspection was done, there it was - a chip on one of the slated vents on the engine cover...... That in itself killed it for me. I haven't bought a single AA up till today.
Diecast Passion , i want to ask .if my AUTOart P1 was stored in the styrofoam box (box from factory) for a long time .more than 3 years .is that ok? is that affect the paint?. or is the styrofoam get stinky? please answer
Wait ,1 last Question if i put my P1 outside the box for a very long long time,is that ok?, because most of my diecast has some sort of box like my koenigsegg One:1 from frontiart so im worried
It feels cheap of course. But much better than Corvette C7 Z06 which is the worst compozite model imho. Weirdest feeling is when you hold P1's engine cover.
I'm about to buy this model, however I still have the struggle of what color to choose. The dealer I'm gonna buy it has volcano yellow and this one you are showing volcano orange. My first option was this but when yellow was released and I saw it I started to rethink if orange or yellow. Yes I don't have it yet.
Hey I just got this exact model. How is it does it feel cheap now that is not metal? I didn't realize that they changed material until I watched your videos. Thanks amazing collection!
Nice car, it's amazing how you show the details.
Thanks! I'm trying hard to show all details as good as possible.
8:19 that interior modeling looks odd compared to other AUTOart models.
DiecastPassion what's the song called playing in the background and also love your vids keep up the good work 😁
The best Model out there with opening parts. In the most boldest colour the Autoart Signature Mclaren P1 Volcano orange.
Do you know what's going on with AutoArt's website? If you don't, it keep's refreashing the page do you know what to do?

I'm so sorry for you. You had a really bad experience. AUTOart goes down with quality.
Diecast Passion , i want to ask .if my AUTOart P1 was stored in the styrofoam box (box from factory) for a long time .more than 3 years .is that ok? is that affect the paint?. or is the styrofoam get stinky? please answer
That's absolutely ok. Styrofoam box can't affect the model.
How about the certificate ? if i put that certificate out of the box is that okay? the paper are not rot?
the paper becomes rotten?
No at all. I had 3 years MISB model and paper was as new.
Wait ,1 last Question if i put my P1 outside the box for a very long long time,is that ok?, because most of my diecast has some sort of box like my koenigsegg One:1 from frontiart so im worried
LOL I happens to have one of those beauties, but in Matt black w/ red accents. Personally that's the best color available for the car.
This AUTOart # 76022 model, is it made out of composite material or not?
does this come with like engine specs?
How does it feel? It is composite there must be some weird feeling than the metal ones.
It feels cheap of course. But much better than Corvette C7 Z06 which is the worst compozite model imho. Weirdest feeling is when you hold P1's engine cover.
I bought the AutoArt Murceiallago SV and when I opened it one wheel doesnt even move a inch what can I do
