Unlucky only one person wrote a really silly comment where he scolded that I wasn't focused enough on the singer and distracted myself from replying to messages during the reaction. This person judged without asking and did not understand nothing. She did not understand that I was taking notes with my pen on a sheet of paper as I always do with respect to the song I am listening to. You just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive, he was 23 in this performance and will be 28 in May, the highest note in this performance was an E6. He’s from Kazakhstan, sings in 15 different languages, plays multiple musical instruments and has a Masters in composition and a PhD in musicology. He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 6-8 octave range (depending on who you ask) has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble man. His voice did change, because he can also sing bass notes (Stranger), as well as the highest of whistle notes (D8 in "Unforgettable Day", Gakku). He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend "Sinful Passion “ 2018 and then "Stranger" 2021, "Ave Maria", "Ikanaide" 2021, "Adagio" 2017, "Daybreak" at Bastau 2017. Just because you can hit notes no one else can doesn’t mean you should, it sound unpleasant his timbre is very weird which is why he is struggling for mass adoption. He sings in 12-17 languages but most are horrible accents and very bad pronunciations especially English and Italian. He is trying to hard to be like Lara Fabian and never will be. Can he sing? Yes, technical perfection doesn’t make you an artist. All his accolades are worthless when listening to someone’s music is literally punishing to my ear drums. All skills and no finesse, less is more.

Hi James, welcome to the world of Dimash. I discovered him 4 years ago, and over those years he has been recognised as being the best singer in the world, with a vocal range of 6 octaves. He was 23 hrs old in this video, but actually looks younger. He will be 28 yrs old this year, and is not only an incredible singer,he is a beautiful person inside and out. My favourite songs of his are currently Ikanaide, which he sings in Japanese, Stranger, composed by his long time friend and mentor, Igor Krutoy, Give Me Your Love, which is an MJ tribute, where he wears a white suit and black shirt. There are a few videos of this song, but this particular one in the white suit, is my favourite. He is very humble, and this comes across at the end of his songs, when he always thanks the band/orchestra, and bows to his audience. Born in May 1994, Dimash was 24 at the time of this performance in July 2018. He comes from a very musical family and it was noticed he had perfect pitch at 5 years old, so he was taken by his grandmother to music lessons from that age, and trained through his adolescence to try to keep his higher register. You are going to love Dimash. He sings in many languages including Italian, Olimpico, Confessa for starters but you are not going to believe what he can do with his voice. English, Fly Away, Golden, Be With Me, Russian and one you just can not miss, Sinful Passion. Kazakh, anything he does in Kazakh is incredible, Kieli Meken, Japanese and just from a studio up close, Ikanaide, then there is Mandarin, Ukrainian etc. He has a range that just does not end. A lot of us have learnt from vocal coach reactors that if you learn singing from early childhood as Dimash did, you can be trained to keep all your voices through and past puberty, and it seems that Dimash is the first to do this and be noticed and able to make a career out of it. But I suspect that a lot of parents will look at their singing kids with a lot more appreciation after falling in love with Dimash and his voice. So there should be a lot more of this style of singing in the future…in fact it will most likely be the most preferred as it can cover every style and technique. Those who are too old to grow in this will need to train their vocal timbres and techniques to be competitive in the entertainment aspects of singing art. Dimash was known to be destined for this from before he was born,…his mother and father both sang/sing onstage in Kazakhstan, his mum is an operatic soprano, and are involved in the musical arts program for schools and culture. So Dimash has been in the right environment to grow in this, was born in 1994, onstage at 2, training in singing and piano at 5 years old. This song at Bastau was in 2017-18 after he became famous firstly in China on the I Am Singer competition in 2017, and quickly around the world from there. He has just started concerts again, recently in Dubai, and currently in Düsseldorf, and finishing off his last Arnau Tour, which stopped for the covid scam. He has been in formal music training and education since age 5 and won his 1st national competition on the piano at age 6. He sings 7 octaves in 15 languages and plays 8 instruments. He is the kindest, most humble, loving and respectful man you could ever meet. He refers to his fans as his "Dears" as he says we are as dear as family and an extension of his soul. Right before Covid hit he played a sold out concert to 19,000 in New York and fans traveled from 68 countries to see him. Youve only just begun. Try Olimpico or Love Is Like A Dream. Or Stranger. Great reaction. Because Dimash started vocal training at 5 years old he was able to keep his high voice when he went through puberty. That and 20+ years of training makes him an incredible singer. Dimash is a child prodigy that declared at the age of 2 that he was going to be a singer like his parents. He started training at the age of 4. He has gone on to do so many things and is a world-renowned vocalist. He can sing in 8 octave and has been known to sing in 14 different languages. He was 23 years old here...1 year after his competion in China that made him a mega star in China in 4 songs!!!! Yepp higher then the piano can go!!!) It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him. Some info about Dimash. He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 13 languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh,Russian and English). Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to. Amazing eh? He's 28 this year 2022. Not sure of date of this recording but may be around 6 yrs ago. His voice has matured hugely since then. 7 octave range. Highly qualified re music makin lyrics, composing, sings in 15 languages speaks about 5. Plays at least 7 or 8 instruments and is studying for his doctorate in music. Wonderful performer and the most humble caring human being. Loved your reaction. Hope you'll go bck to his introduction to the world via China s "The Singer" competition between established and well known singers. He was invited to participate by the organisers, the only foreigner ever to hve taken part. Chinese loved him and spread the word around the world , thank goodness.

You just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive, he was 23 in this performance and will be 28 in May, the highest note in this performance was an E6. He’s from Kazakhstan, sings in 15 different languages, plays multiple musical instruments and has a Masters in composition and a PhD in musicology. He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 6-8 octave range (depending on who you ask) has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble man. His voice did change, because he can also sing bass notes (Stranger), as well as the highest of whistle notes (D8 in "Unforgettable Day", Gakku). He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend "Sinful Passion “ 2018 and then "Stranger" 2021, "Ave Maria", "Ikanaide" 2021, "Adagio" 2017, "Daybreak" at Bastau 2017. Just because you can hit notes no one else can doesn’t mean you should, it sound unpleasant his timbre is very weird which is why he is struggling for mass adoption. He sings in 12-17 languages but most are horrible accents and very bad pronunciations especially English and Italian. He is trying to hard to be like Lara Fabian and never will be. Can he sing? Yes, technical perfection doesn’t make you an artist. All his accolades are worthless when listening to someone’s music is literally punishing to my ear drums. All skills and no finesse, less is more.

This song comes from the famous Canadian-French rock opera 'Starmania' 1978, well known in French-speaking countries) and is one of the most difficult songs to sing and in 2017 made Dimash a mega-star overnight.
That's how it all started: In 2017 Dimash received a wildcard for the “The Singer” competition in China. He was the youngest participant ever (22 years old). Foreign participants were actually forbidden at that time. The director ignored the ban, believing Dimash would only stay 1 or 2 episodes and then go home.
Despite Dimash's planned brief presence, his name was intended to be symbolic and understandable to the public. Dimash was given the Chinese name Dimashi and the 3 syllables were assigned in Chinese characters: ⭐Di - achievement ⭐Ma - precious stone ⭐Shi - dream, wish.
This competition is not a talent show. Only professional, award-winning singers participate. Nobody knew or heard Dimash before and he had to start first ... and after his first song "SOS" Dimash captured the hearts of over 600 million viewers and a mega-star was born overnight. The next day, bodyguards stood in front of his door.
The competition consisted of 14 rounds over 4 months. The jury consisted of 500 spectators who knew music, not just your average "Joe". They were well screened to be sure they would be able to judge the musicians fairly and competently. With up to 1 billion people watching this TV program and international interest was aroused. The performances were uploaded to TH-cam ... and so we became Dimash's Dears.
The Chinese organizers planned... but Dimash came, sang and stayed ... for the next 3 years in China ... but he only finished second in the competition because he is not Chinese (conditions have changed: 2018, Jessie J. won).
A few months later Dimash (23 ys) sang this song here, as a guest of honor at the opening ceremony of the competition 'Slavic Bazaar 2018'. The International Arts Festival “Slavianski Bazaar“ is an annual festival held in Vitebsk, Belarus since 1992. Its main program is devoted to Slavic music (also a Competition).

Hi James, welcome to the world of Dimash. I discovered him 4 years ago, and over those years he has been recognised as being the best singer in the world, with a vocal range of 6 octaves.
He was 23 hrs old in this video, but actually looks younger. He will be 28 yrs old this year, and is not only an incredible singer,he is a beautiful person inside and out.
My favourite songs of his are currently Ikanaide, which he sings in Japanese, Stranger, composed by his long time friend and mentor, Igor Krutoy, Give Me Your Love, which is an MJ tribute, where he wears a white suit and black shirt. There are a few videos of this song, but this particular one in the white suit, is my favourite.
He is very humble, and this comes across at the end of his songs, when he always thanks the band/orchestra, and bows to his audience. He has fans all over the world, who he calls Dears, because they are dear to him.

He comes from a very musical family and it was noticed he had perfect pitch at 5 years old, so he was taken by his grandmother to music lessons from that age, and trained through his adolescence to try to keep his higher register.

You are going to love Dimash. He sings in many languages including Italian, Olimpico, Confessa for starters but you are not going to believe what he can do with his voice. English, Fly Away, Golden, Be With Me, Russian and one you just can not miss, Sinful Passion. Kazakh, anything he does in Kazakh is incredible, Kieli Meken, Japanese and just from a studio up close, Ikanaide, then there is Mandarin, Ukrainian etc. He has a range that just does not end. A lot of us have learnt from vocal coach reactors that if you learn singing from early childhood as Dimash did, you can be trained to keep all your voices through and past puberty, and it seems that Dimash is the first to do this and be noticed and able to make a career out of it. But I suspect that a lot of parents will look at their singing kids with a lot more appreciation after falling in love with Dimash and his voice. So there should be a lot more of this style of singing in the future…in fact it will most likely be the most preferred as it can cover every style and technique. Those who are too old to grow in this will need to train their vocal timbres and techniques to be competitive in the entertainment aspects of singing art.
Dimash was known to be destined for this from before he was born,…his mother and father both sang/sing onstage in Kazakhstan, his mum is an operatic soprano, and are involved in the musical arts program for schools and culture. So Dimash has been in the right environment to grow in this, was born in 1994, onstage at 2, training in singing and piano at 5 years old. This song at Bastau was in 2017-18 after he became famous firstly in China on the I Am Singer competition in 2017, and quickly around the world from there. He has just started concerts again, recently in Dubai, and currently in Düsseldorf, and finishing off his last Arnau Tour, which stopped for the covid scam.

Great reaction. Because Dimash started vocal training at 5 years old he was able to keep his high voice when he went through puberty. That and 20+ years of training makes him an incredible singer. Dimash is a child prodigy that declared at the age of 2 that he was going to be a singer like his parents. He started training at the age of 4. It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him.
Some info about Dimash. He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 13 languages and speaks 3 so far (Kazakh,Russian and English).
Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD.
He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500.
Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside).
They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night.
Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to.

If I remember correct he wrote the music to this one when he was 19 years old and lyrics by Oral-kosai Baisengir, who was a poet/lyricist father of a friend of Dimash. Also in this show another contestant "Terry Lin" that was about 51 years young here he considered Dimash a dear friend at this point. But Dimash started telling them al he was his father around episode 9 I think!! That is a big respect and love from his part of the world to call him! Terry was gladly accepting it. They are still that close and also invites each other to there concerts and sometimes singing this song in duet to. They sang it in Jackie Chang movie festival in 2019 and Jackie was choked in how good they were. Terry was known as an alien before Dimash and they have similar vocals to.

Lovely first reaction. Hope to see more. There is something special when a singer reacts to Dimash. He was fortunate to keep his young range when his adult voice developed. He has been working on extending and strengthening his lower register. One of his best vocals is in his song Stranger.

Amazing eh? He's 28 this year 2022. Not sure of date of this recording but may be around 6 yrs ago. His voice has matured hugely since then. 7 octave range. Highly qualified re music makin lyrics, composing, sings in 15 languages speaks about 5. Plays at least 7 or 8 instruments and is studying for his doctorate in music. Wonderful performer and the most humble caring human being. Loved your reaction. Hope you'll go bck to his introduction to the world via China s "The Singer" competition between established and well known singers. He was invited to participate by the organisers, the only foreigner ever to hve taken part. Chinese loved him and spread the word around the world , thank goodness.
