@@RollinMyOwn Hahaha nice. When I was growing up my dad would never go to tire shops for our cars. He would swap tires by hand. Though most of my experience doing it is from working at a mower shop for many years. I was originally gonna put the whole raw clip of dismounting and mounting the tires for "educational" purposes, but it would have made the video so much longer, so I decided to speed it up and cut it short.
Good stuff G!! Great video! I can't wait until you bring it over the mountain.. Do you have tire chains?? As you know the weight of them in combo with the added traction would help in offroad/towing situations..
i have an idea for cooling, try to add a box that goes around the entire cylinder have the exhaust and intake going thru the box and you can put water in it, and as it runs the heat will go into the water and steam out over time.
@@forza14155 Very interesting idea. The forced air cooling is very effective on these engines, but that would definitely be an interesting experiment to see if it could run cooler. It could be useful in a very hot climate especially for off-road use when the engine is at or near idle most of the time.
Do you use the low high range alot..Is it handy..Exhaust front plate gas throtle tires hood..Enjoyed watching it all..Subbed..Seen 2 of the high low range at the parts yard other day in real good shape..He sold rims and motors. But body and had the trans looked clean..Just looking for wisdom..Enjoyed! ❤
@@fightdhr8866 Thank you. I appreciate you subscribing. This was the first time I really tested it out. I did use low on the last climb up past the poll before running out of fuel. Since it still has the stock pulley, which I will be changing, it was more capable in high. But the High/Low option should definitely be useful after a pulley swap to overdrive the transaxle. Being able to achieve decent acceleration and top speed while still being able to crawl in low range will be pretty interesting. Of course, low won't be as "low" at that point but it should be significantly slower in 1st than my other tractor with the MST206. I don't have much experience with these 2300 series transaxles for this kind of use, however on stock tractors they are very stout and reliable. Thanks again for watching.
@@1996slamster Thank you. I have gotten the helmet request a few time. Particularly when I'm driving the Hot-Rod-Tractor at high speed. I definitely understand the optics of doing something that might inspire people to engage in unsafe activities. In this video however I don't believe slow speed off-roading would justify wearing one. I do believe I should have a clear message in my videos, that what I do is dangerous and should be taken very seriously. And anyone wanting to do something similar should wear protective gear and be careful. Thanks for watching
@@brianchumbley5891 oh hahaha. No I never did get more gas. But running out is definitely what happened. I can see the tank is empty. It should still run fine. It will be making more appearances on the channel.
Hell ya bruther. Cheapest and strongest offroad vehicle out there. Old mowers
@@FoxBodyDale Yes, definitely. And so much fun to modify.
On those turf tires I use a multi tool and cut out every other tread row. Completely changes the grass tires
@@Hootman865 Nice. Thanks for the tip, I might try that. Thanks for watching
The cross side step on the rim pounding it with a hanmer is exactly how i was taught to change my first flat...lol 😅

Great modified mud tractor for cheap now you can make tow truck mower cuz pushing is a bitch
Cool little toy. As an influencer you should at least wear a helmet though.
