Bonjour Eléna. C'est toujours un ravissement de vous retrouver et de découvrir quelques aspects de votre vie. Je vais essayer de répondre à vos questions. Tout d'abord j'évite d'avoir une vie routinière mais il y a deux choses que je fais tous les matins de l'année lorsque je me éveille. Tout d'abord je nourrit mes chats et je les caresse et ensuite je bois mon café. Le reste de la journée dépend de beaucoup de choses, de mon humeur, du temps et des obligations de la vie. Mon village n'est pas aussi calme que le votre car il y a 8500 habitants donc beaucoup plus de mouvement et d'agitation. Comme vous le dites il est difficile de choisir une saison car chacune d'elle a ses avantages et ses inconvénients mais en ce qui me concerne l'automne et le printemps sont deux saisons que j'affectionne tout particulièrement. Ici il fait encore 24 degrés et c'est vraiment très agréable. La température va commencer a baisser vers le 10 novembre mais restera toujours au dessus de 10 degrés. Cela n'a rien a voir avec les températures que l'on peut trouver chez vous en hiver. Ma chère Eléna je vais vous laisser profiter tranquillement de cette nature verdoyante. Prenez soin de vous. This is something I have experienced myself and the results are guaranteed. Whenever you're out in your Garden, ALWAYS be totally barefoot because our soles love and deserve that freedom. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. Apart from n it's very healthy to be barefoot outside. Take for example two plants, one grown inside a pot and tge other grown in Nature. However much you water and use fertilizer, it never looks as healthy as the latter. This is simply because the roots have a limited space to stread and the Nurishment too is the same. The soles of our feet are like the roots of a tree.When you're not barefoot that natural process is obstructed. Our soles are designs to absorb things which are essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. However, use of footwear deprives this process. Apaurt from that there are a large number of Sensors / Nerve endings on the soles of our feet, which connects from head to toe. When we walk on Sand, Gravel and Tiny Stones /Pebbles,our entire body gets stimulated through these sensors. Once again Footwear deprives this natural process. So, go barefoot always for good health and happy feet and soles.
