Satyanarayana Pooja Sheera - Mahaprasad | સત્યનારાયણ પૂજા શીરો । Chetna Patel Recipes

- Suji Ka Halva
Ingredients :
1 Cup = 250 ml
500 ml - Milk or 2 Cup
Keep for Boiling
Take a Pan
1/2 Cup - Ghee
2 tbsp - Almonds chopped ( Big )
2 tbsp - Cashew Chopped ( Big )
2 tbsp - Pistachios Chopped ( Big )
Roast everything in Low Flame till Light Golden in Colour and remove and Keep aside
And Same Ghee add
1/2 Cup - Suji
Roast Properly till light golden add
1 no - Banana Chopped ( Slice )
Switch off the gas and mix it very well and add
Above boiling Milk and Stir Continuously and Switch on the Gas
Let Boil and Close the Lid and Let boil for 2-3 min in Slow Flame and add
1/2 Cup - Sugar
And mix very well
Again close the lid and cook for 2-3 min more and add
2 tbsp - Raisins
Add above Dry fruits
1 tsp - Cardamom Powder
And mix it very well
And Serve , Garnish with Chopped Dry Fruits
