Here spacer is must 2. The motor should be applied fully and covered by fork tools 3 . Pu grouting to be applied between gap to accept expansion of tiles due to atmosphere change 4. The should explain to the viewers how what they are doing 5 tiles must be soaked in water before fixing etc

По углам плитки клей не нанесён, это минус. Обстукивает рукоятью молотка, а не резиновым молотком например. Клей по плитке не ровняет гребенчатым шпателем. Шва похоже тоже нет, вероятность что плитка отпадёт или треснет. Уровнем не смотрит. На тройку, сойдёт для сельской местности )

Looks like the pattern in the tile is laid correctly and how the tile is laid is a customer preference. Running bond or stacked etc.
It is perfectly acceptable to just 'wet down' a rendered wall when applying a cement 'adhesive' to a render.
Not all tiles require spacers!

Idea here is to make a perfect no air joint. A person near my apply thick cement at 3 side then fill it with little soft cement. At last I puts water to show this quality
