If you have more crystals go for ver 1 Roger but if you have low crystals summon on shanks after you received all 50 crystals from the new event don't summon daily gather up all and summon consecutively then if you're lucky you may have a chance to get shanks but I doubt it works on Roger summon

Characters that can give him a hard time is the Dark Defender from Skypiea because he increases your abilities Cool down which he heavily relies on. He can only enter Haki State when he capture flags or use skill 2, both Rogers can fight him easily so he's not really OP he's a fun character to use but not a Meta breaker like FR Shanks when he came out.

this is my opinion and from the comments quite a lot of you agree that this shanks is good but not broken even if you are really skilled. Any dark element unit can get him to 1hp easily and then kill him while for me lucci is quite a bit better if you are skilled he can one shot this shanks, roger v1/v2, s snake, yace, alber, zoro, etc. This is not to say that roger v1 can't kill him but for me if you got skill with lucci bro is basically immortal since he even gets heal from his runner skill even if you don't hit💀☠️. I wish i had summoned on him instead of shanks since i was able to get a 11k gameplay with 80 lucci in alt💀 but yeah it was his release and right now it's not possible with lvl 80 lucci.
