I had this problem, it turn's out i needed to change the polling rate on the razer mouse to 100 using Razer Synapse. I hope this helps any of you with this problem
yeah, it stopped randomly one day and then at a later date i got a new mouse. to this day i still dont know what the problem was but maybe try another mouse. the mouse i used back then was razer i dont recommend razer mice i've been through like 5 of their mice in 1 year. they got good keyboards though.
