Wall load per m ma hune vayekale height le multiply garnu parxa exactly garda volume of wall *unit weight /length of wall hunxa but volume =Area *length huda length katinxa so Height * width *unit weight garnu parxa
we do need to change the stiffness modifier or not? i have seen for beam Stiffness modifer to be 0.5 and for column to be 0.7 in for torsional and moment; is this correct ?
Sir i followed ur tutorial and my model check shows less reinforcement in bottom/footing level than upper stories..why is that how can it be checked and corrected...its been a headache for me..hoping for ur quick response....any body with this solution would b appreciated. ..thanks

yes. for building with masonry infill we should use 0.09H/sqrt(d)
