Who is a student of Hexas goalabazar
He doesn't deserve 6.5. According to my tiny knowledge, I can surely say that he's eligible to get 5.5 in this test
Maybe, he seems like he isn't accurate enough with his answers and he's not confident.
Mam should, firstly clearify your speaking . Most of the times her voice down fall the hodgepodge. I think in the main exam in speaking test on computer basis, it is more clear than this

As an examiner, she needs more treacher traing. Her way of speaking and asking questions will definitely make students uncomfortable just from my point of view. Also candidate is not speaking but he is recalling what he has memorised.Both are 5:16 are unnatural.
