Hedvig's Way // Episode 13 - Skiglede - The Joy of Skiing

The best way to start the season is in Zermatt. Zermatt is a bit like home to me, and I've been there 13 years in a row. This episode is all about the happiness of skiing, and how it's sometimes doesn't matter how the conditions are. The most important is to feel that cold air in the face, and just be out there. We discuss Covid, and how its affected our world, and we take a look at different ways of training as a professional freeride skier. Enjoy!

Hey Hedvig push hard as you are doing get all you can in your prime it's hard to keep a high level of something going for a very long time .We can be good for our age but not as good as when were young I'm 63 and going as hard as can
