The most valuable tip that I can give you is take classes and do your homework. Self learning is veryyyyy important! Continuously as you are progressing with ur studies, take your german courses along with that and practice german at home everyday for 1-2 hours. Other than that, instead of hanging out with Pakistani friends, get out of ur comfort zone and interact with natives, go out with them, request them to have weekly German sessions with you. In the end its all about self motivation
