State govt should encourage tourism the state has the potential to be one of the best. You need more achievers to promote the state whether on TV or Movies. Need more stories of Odisha may be on OTT. And also sometimes it's okay not to be popular Bihar UP are so popular but we know why.

That Sira Doi Gud is also a winter staple breakfast here in Bihar. It is called Dahi Chura here and is often eaten along with Tilkut. The jaggery is sometimes replaced with something savoury like Matar Ghughni.

Payasam is a very common sweet one would find in any of the four states of South India. But if one wants to find it's roots, then Kerala is the state to go to. They are experts! Experts, I tell you!
