Morita-san talked about the Bleach audition. It was the first audition after he joined a voice actor agent, Aoni Agent. The agent gave Morita-san a wrong date for the audition, so he was late for it. He thought he would fail but then got the role of Ichigo passing a second audition which was quite unusual, he said. Later, Morita-san asked Kubo sensei why he got the role and Kubo sensei said that Morita-san' voice is so impressive that you can't help turning around when you hear it.

he was reading shounen jump since kid every day and as he was reading he was hearing the voices of the characters and Ichigo didn't sound like his voice in his head so it's weird for him every time he listens to Ichigo. And he says that Ichigo's voice has been evolving throughout the series getting stronger and stronger. That's about it. I'm really sorry for flooding this page guys. I hope it was worth it.

So before I start I should say that everything that I was able to translate was only from watching anime. When Morita they were saying that its hard to speak with the mask on thus he got it off. Then the questions begin: first they ask him from how long he's voicing Ichigo he replies "its been 7 years now". Then he's asked how he got the role "Did they choose you right away or?" and he says "No, I went to audition, but it was really troublesome" then he says that ichigo was his first

So when he entered the room where the audition is happening he apologieses and the guys there were giving him the look :D and they said "Well lets start" After he performed he was waiting for response at the lobby I assume thinking he messed up
