User A is there so whenever the records owned by User A should be visible him or her and there is User B who is manager is User A and there is User C who is manager of User B ( A, B, C levels hierarchy understood). I want all the records owned by User A to be visible to User C but not be User B. What kind of sharing rules, how to solve this and tell me how many ways you solve

just disable the role hirerchy checkbox in the sharing setting... and apply the sharing rules to user C

i have 2.5+ yoe and got laidoff without any real time work i have done some certifications and started learn salesforce its been 7 months completed still i am jobless from oast 5 months i didnt receive any single call from any comapny i am loosing hopes and sometimes feeling like i am nothing pls give me suggessions
