I'm in the process of restoring a Chimaera that's been stood for 12 years so probably got a few things to sort but your vids have been invaluable when it came to dealing with suspension and brakes. One of the first things I did was to refurbish the fuel tank and replace the rubber fuel lines, many of these were split so if yours haven't been done yet, definitely worth checking! That's brilliant James. I am so glad someone finds the vids useful. It gives me the inspiration to carry on doing them. When I had the car up on the lift I did inspect the hoses at the rear. They lookes as though they had not long been done. I was lucky in that when i bought the car I got a huge portfolio of receipts & service history with it. Someone did comment saying the hoses in the engine bay were not E5 compatible. I plan to always use 99octane so should be ok. I hope your refurb goes well. Do not hesitate if I can help in any way i will. Shop around for the brakes. Some parts are only available from the Tvr specialist, but lots are available by knowing what car the parts came from origonaly Steve.
