My friend has a similar tool, see if you can find an air over hydraulic pump and a foot pedal to operate the air side. It works incredibly well.

During my apprenticeship my Instructor used to say if the flux lifts off the weld by itself that's an indication of a good weld.
I saw this happen here after a very long time.
