I don’t understand this argument. Both Simon and Froch constantly go on about wanting to see how AJ will react to a big shot but the problem is that it’s difficult to tell what a big shot is, it’s not as simple as a dramatic right hand.
For instance Ngannou dropped Fury with a left hook that didn’t look too impressive however he’s just that heavy handed that he doesn’t need to load up too much.
So who’s to say that Ngannou didn’t land with the same power on AJ as he did on Fury.
Furthermore If this moment happens where AJ gets dropped or is visibly hurt and bothered the narrative will shift to him being ‘chinny’. Nothing will be said of his resilience to continue fighting and win, the same way no one mentions him overcoming Whyte Klitschko and getting up all four times he was knocked down by Ruiz nor will they praise him and laud him with legendary ‘granite chin’ status as they did Fury after he survived the 9th round onslaught from Usyk
