I am looking for an analytic solution in which if I input the billing report and resource list, It should give me some insight on how to optimize the cost by tearing down or downgrading the Azure resources. I am thinking of Power BI for this use case. Any ideas from your side on this ? I am not considering Azure Advisor here since with my experience it doesn't give excellent recommendation all the time
