You are incorrectly using your stamp pad. Watch yourself on replay & you will soon realise that you constantly use your stamps in the same place all the time. Correctly, you should be walking your stamp all over the ink pad & not just in the centre as you are in fact pushing the ink to the sides. So when using a small stamp use it around the edges of your pad. Hope this helps!
