to help for key cards its to the right of circle on floor, close to the main door on the floor, where ever in the circle, and on top the left and right monitor closest to the door

yes it is, because you buy it and use it to make a dorms key
so you get all bk pkpm and vo for free when you sell the dorms key
27 marked rooms uses for free
