This is a beautiful border. I am anxious to use it on my next blanket. On your finished blanket did you use green yarn for the five rows of dc (sc in US) before you did the green spike stitch row? In your demonstration did you use the cream/white color for the base 5 rows of dc for contrast with the green spike stitch so we could see the stitches better? Thanks
Hi, No I kept the finished blanket exactly as you see in the tutorial. I wanted the spike stitch to show up a little so a left the white as a little bit of background showing through. ❤️
