One tip for you boss.
If you fail, don't try to refine again. Try unequipping the gear then manage inventory and equip then refine. You must do this trick fast. It works to me.
I refine my weapon from +8 to +11 with 1 try

You can't transfer Privilege Affix. That's why even the Whale/ Kraken players sometimes still have unperfect Priv Affixes
