      Buddy as such kisi program ki jroot to nahi hai . Interview direct hi hote hai .
      How to crack an interview ,ye skill seekh lo aap . Agar ye pata chal Gaya to apne aap selection ho jaayega .
      Package to bhai 15k - 25k ke beech me koi bhi lgg skta hai . Interview ke time pe nagotiate karna jroori hai .
      Vaise agar aap bilkul Khali ho + agar aapke paas mentor cart ka job guarantee program afford karne ke paise hai + aap kuch naya experience karna chahte ho whether it will be good or bad then aap join Karo.

      Thanks for visiting elegant factory.
      Company will provide one weak off on variable days. Every two weeks me roster Banta hai . Aapke TL pe decide rehta hai ki kab aapka weak off hoga.
      And talking about the paid leaves ,you can take 1.25 casual leave in one month. And in PB there is a concept of earned leave . If you performed well and complete your tasks ,you can take one more EL .
      Above data may vary. Lekin most probably itni hi chutti milti hai .

      Buddy . NRI process me kmai achi ho skti hai . Orion ka mujhe itna idea nhi . But when I search it on Google it says The Orion process in sales is a structured methodology designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams.       Associate sales consultant me aapki joining jis bhi department me hui hai us department me Jo plan beche Jaa rhe hai vo plan aapko sell karne hai. E.g. agar aap term insurance me select hue ho tb aapko term insurance karwane hai logo ke.
      Aapka role customer ko call karke( agar process outbound hai to) usse plan bechna hai . And agar inbound process hai to customer khud samne se call krega.
      Relax buddy. Training me aapko sb kuch sikha diya jaayega . And my only request to you is only focus on the new learnings. And patience ke saath aage bdhte rehna .

      Bhai salary depend karti hai ki kon sa plan aap bech rahe ho.
      Agr aap vo plan bech rhe ho jispe aapka incentive sbse jyada hai to salary jyada bnegi . Lekin agar kisi plan pe incentive Kam hai or aapne vo bech rhe ho to kbhi kbhi salary justify hona bhi mushkil ho jata hai.

      Sirf policies hi sell nhi karni hoti . Customer jo demand karta hai aap USS treh se use solution provide karte ho .
      You can compare,choose and buy on policy bazaar platform. Alag alag companiyo ke products available hai policy bazaar website pe. Customer ki choice ke according, executive customer ko solution provide karta hai . Agar sell hota hai to agent ki ratings + incentive improve hoti hai .

      Unhe English fluency vale bnde chaiye hote hai NRI ke liye. If you want to try for the changing of your department ,then try to talk to your SpoC HR . He/She will guide you in proper way.

      Bhai incentives fix nhi hota . Alag alag company ke products pe alag alag hota hai . E.g agar aap Bajaj ka insurance bechoge to aapke annual premium ka e.g. 2% milega ,jo aapki salary bnane me help krega. Vhi aap Maan lo Lic ka insurance bechoge to vo aapko 3% de de,alag alag company ke hisab se incentives alag alag hota hai .
      It was just an illustration . Exact no. Bata pana mere liye mushkil hoga bhai . Baki jb aap floor pe jaoge tb picture jyada clear hogi .

      "Sales refer to the exchange of goods or services for money or other consideration" and customer ki need ko smjhke uski requirement ke according product ke baare me batana .

      Koi bhi company aapse paise charge nahi karti. Agar koi aapse paise maang raha hai to please be extra cautious.
      99% cases me job lagti hi nahi. Paise pocket se chale jaate hai .
      And agar aapka selection kisi genuine company me hi jata hai to wo log aapki day 1 se salary count karte hai .

      Buddy Sara process online hi rehta hai . Online portal pe aapke paas customer ki list aajati hai . Outbound process me aap customer ke paas call karte ho . And inbound process me Aisa rehta hai ki customer ke phone aapke paas system pe aayenge .
      Relax bhai . Field me nahi Jana hota . Easy hi hota hai buddy .

      Aapne khaan join kiya tha policy bazzar mein which city.
      Ek chiz aur puchni hai meine BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY se MBA kiya hai (risk and insurance) se but paas hone ke baad meine IAS ki prep mein 4 saal ka gap ho gaya , kya mera selection ho sakta gap ke baad bhi.
      Sir ek question aur aap Policy bazaar ke kis post ke baare mein baat kar rahe means post name and the minimum eligibility qualification.

      Jinko kaam karna hai vo to krega hi . Sales profile ka work nature hi Aisa hai ,thoda pressure rehta hai . Jisko sales me knowledge+customer interaction+ Paisa kmana hai vo kaam krega . Jisko sales me Kam nahi karna vo koi or kaam dhondega .
