Love Lincoln up hill it’s absolutely beautiful. I love seeing Chris on your vids he properly amuses me seriously entertaining. The chips did look a bit dry. I can remember going to the pier in Skegness when I was young seeing a comedian ( can’t remember which one ) the school holidays have just finished and Skegness has got super quieter. my mother bought me the sucker or lolly pop with a grub worm. Totally safe yes i ate it just to gross her out. You can get scorpions,crickets 🦗. The worm was adventurous enough. They cook the worms before adding them to the suckers . Just for laughs ought to try crickets or what not. if not go for something you can’t stand.
A fungal nail is best treated with citricidal neat, tea tree oil must be diluted first. I have used citricidal for 30 years and it is a wonderful effective treatment for a variety of external uses.
We use to go to Lincoln to watch the trains go through the level crossing in the high street , he has gone of trains so not been to Lincoln for ages, all I remember what the lift over the level crossing stank of pee and was full of litter

Hi, Just thinking being the same age and similar build to you Martin over past few months I've tried hard to change my diet and lifestyle by following your methods, I certainly don't miss the bread and potatoes, I loved a Tiger loaf but sadly no more, it was giving us both terrible wind same with a lot of modern bread and products..thought you'd like to know I've gone from 16 to 15 stone in a few months, and still losing so hoping for 14 stone and size 38 jeans🤞. My knee joints certainly feel less sore now and I have a lot more energy, Sadly no longer able to lift heavy weights as rotator cuff has gone in right arm, so trying different exercises to improve it. I just need to help my wife, since taking insulin it has made her so tired with her weight increasing over time, the doctors don't seem to care much, that's if you can get to see one !! Well done Tom, Insulin is the fat storing hormone and also makes you tired. If she is type 2 diabetic, taking insulin is the worst thing you can do. Diet control is the way instead of medication that only masks the problem. Not my words, check out Dr Ken Berry, Dr Jason Fung and Dr Sten Ekberg on TH-cam.
So it is alright to talk about your health but you were very impatient with Chris’s problem. Remember he has no one to talk to at home.
