Why frieza in the T.O.P. Doesn’t Bulma have the androids and cell? She could just make cell perfect without the androids and also when goku and vegeta go in the time chamber they could train with the cell from there time. She should just be able to make it to where cell doesn’t have the malice like you did in what if the androids were reprogrammed.

One issue I see with this is you follow the originals power boosts to much, while at the start it would be the same, but master roshi train8ng won’t do much, so goku would go train with Koruno when roshi realizes he’s to strong to train, or the fact training is easier so not as effective, so he would be weaker, meanwhile picolo with motivation got to 3500 in a year after raditz, so this picolo would be stronger, or the fact that training for the saiyans picolo would train with a stronger gohan so would be stronger as well,

Their would be no reason for goku to keep piccolo alive since in the original goku only kept him alive cuz he was strong and gave him a good battle but in this story he destroyed piccolo sooooo yea
The reason why it doesn't is because of how the SSJ4 transformation works. Remember in GT, Goku went into his golden oozaru form, and then he transformed into SSJ4. SSJ on top of Ikari is just an extreme power boost to Ikari.
Canonically you can't stack the forms, LSSJ is just the evolved version of it that's why only DBS Broly has it. I thought he was going to do the twist where SSJ still does x 50 because they don't stack so effectively it's actually a x 5 boost. Would've made the Freeza fight far less one sided
Ikari is not great ape, it's just the power of great ape. Ssj4 would not be possible if Super saiyan was added to ikari. There is no golden great ape to cause as such.
