    Thanks for the video!!
    There is a built in prop to hold the bed up. On passenger side under the bed is about a 4 or 5" metal rod. Snap it out and secure under the metal hook on the roll cage on the same side.

      Well…..now you tell me! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
      Thanks, I had no idea. Unfortunately, I installed an electric prop rod. 😁

      @@MiniBikeMike lol all good. I recently acquired a mule pro. I just happened to notice it. And the rod is about 8-10"
      That electric lift is on point 😎 😁

      I had to go out and raise the bed on mine, to check. Yep, there it was. Haha

    I have yet to see an electrical issue defeat you! Nice job on that lift!

      Heck, I caused this issue by not paying attention or reading instructions. Hahaha. We used the vehicle this week for yard cleanup……wow, the lift is awesome!

      I’m a diehard Honda fan and looked at their Pioneer, but…..this Kawasaki is awesome. The ability to seat up to 6 and the adjustable bed size are fantastic. We used the new lift a bunch today, hauling landscape mulch.

      @@MiniBikeMike They are awesome, 👍 same with me , die hard Honda fan. When I was younger , I was team Red all the way , riding the CR 500's were crazy fun. Now I'm much older and am having a blast building the CT's. I just built a ST 70, Turned out so nice , Thanks for all your videos Mike. Love how you mix up the content.

    hello, what is the stroke on that piston could you measure or do they have a spec on it?

    Do you mind telling me the stroke on the lift cylinder?

    Is there a cheaper alternative out there? That thing is expensive!

    Did you find the reason for switching the brake line clip and what is the weight capacity

    • @MiniBikeMike
      @MiniBikeMike  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, never did see a reason for the different brake clip. I don’t have the paperwork in front of me, but I think I remember seeing 1000# somewhere.

    Why is there another bracket on the other side?

    • @MiniBikeMike
      @MiniBikeMike  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m guessing it’s to add strength to the bed frame. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    • @Gruuvin1

      @@MiniBikeMike but does the new actuator connect to the new bracket on the other side?

    • @MiniBikeMike
      @MiniBikeMike  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Gruuvin1 It connects to the bracket on the drivers side. The bracket on passenger side is for added strength to bed frame.

    • @Gruuvin1
      @Gruuvin1 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@MiniBikeMike okay I see. I am working on building this for a lot less than $1000, and I think the passenger side bracket isn't necessary, especially if it's not connected to the actuator or the actuator bracket in any way. Thanks!

    • @MiniBikeMike
      @MiniBikeMike  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Gruuvin1 I guess it depends on how heavy you load the bed. The actuator can lift considerably more weight than you can by hand. When I installed mine, I remember seeing a pic online of someone who didn’t use the passenger side brace and lifted too much weight. The bed twisted and frame bent.
