Kyon nahi. Chawal ka atton ko pehle fry kar le. bhir namak dal kar dhoda sa garam pani mila do. dhoda dande hone do thaki aap jhoo sake. ik aur bar goond kar chawal ka poriyam bana kar apna pasand ka filling kar sakthe hai. Hum log filling mein nariyal ke sath gud/cheeni dalthe hai - meetha hai yeh. nasthe keliye acha hai. Isko kehthe hai "Kozhakkatta". Keral mein bane jathe hai puran samay se hi. TH-cam mein khoj lo recipe mil jayega.
