You should definitely make a Kitana Stryker showcase. That assist actually creates a semi-safe mix-up way to set up far away wind bomb in a block string, which can then lead to unscaled Wind Bomb combos.
I've never gotten good at a fighting game before but something about Mk1 makes me wanna try and your videos are seriously an inspiration. It reminds me that if you work hard enough, interested and unqiue plays can happen even with characters that aren't "top-tier". Oh, and I main Kitana because my girlfriend's middle name is Katana and that's what I call her. Lmao
I’d love to see a full combo guide for Kitana. Like every optimal combo you use. And go in depth with strengths and weaknesses against other characters. Would be dope 💙

There honestly aren't that many reasons to use her instead of Jax, but Sonya makes her combos super stylish, it's possible to get wind bomb setups thanks to Sonya's square wave, her throw does a lot of damage and her projectile is great. I would love to see what you would be able to do with that pairing even tho I can understand why there isn't much point in picking her up Also, I started labbing Kitana with Jax a week before the patch watching your guide and after getting the unblockable for the first time online, the patch dropped a few hours later. Feels bad 😭

Idk if people know but there’s an unblockable set up still when doing back throw and calling in Jax for a ground pound I use it ALOT and it works pretty consistently. I’m sure people know about it but I don’t see people doing it in any videos. 👍🏼
My god, your execution is top-notch. I've been practicing with Kitana, but she is difficult for me somehow especially with Jax. It's like her moveset doesn't make sense to me. Very pleasant to watch though regardless.
What is the trick to Jax confirms??? I cant do the midscreen ones you do. For me I can only do like dash S2 fan lift and not really consistent. It looks like you have enough time to do B23 without dropping it

I can't be the only one that fucking hates playing against Scorpion. They all play the exact same they just walk backwards and use their spear and for some reason it like unreachable in neutral you have to preemptively duck. I had a Scorpion who was literally so trash who would just D2 on wakeup almost win because he can D1 on block, back dash and do his 21 string into a full combo. Like how tf can they backdash after a minus poke before my poke hits them? I want to learn the matchup because they are all cookie cutter humans but he's so much stronger than they're saying.
Is it possible to do an update BnB Combo guide for Kitana with a voiceover? Like from beginning to advanced with Jax or Sub Kameo? I know some of her combos are different because of the patch. It would be cool to see her mid screen to corner BNB
@3:15 It's rare when you play against a Kitana player so I agree, who exactly was complaining that they were getting hit with this tech? Clearly it wasn't that broken since everyone was still on Johnny and Raiden anyways in KL.
It still works, you have to hit at same frame. If you dont do frane perfect you need to do NJK just before it hits we within 3 frames and it pops them up if they crouch block, but if your not frame perfect they can fuzzy block high to low abd get knocked down. If you do just frame they can't do anything other than Delay Wake-up to throw you off
I wanna see Goro or Scorpion. Kitana lacks a good overhead so those two would be a great watch or any other that has a good overhead. And honestly just post ranked games. They are always a fun to see.
I think the reason why people were celebrating the Jax/Kitana nerf was because Jax mends what Kitana lacks and makes punishable moves by her safe with Jax's ground slam. Jax is like Scorpion for me, but he makes it safer for Kitana and he whiffs less than Scorpoon.

Kitana stryker is crazy. With his grenades you can jail someone for 15% or if they try to hit out, you can just steal their turn
