To answer how, that will be in a video i will do soon! And their orbits dont really change that much, Venus just changed a few inches / KM's closer to Sun

⁠Well, actually if Mercury is gone, Venus will orbit closer to the sun, then Venus would be shrinking due to the core now melting as it is in Mercury.
Earth will take Venus’s spot, causing water levels to shrink, and in a few million years all water would be gone, and land would burn.
Mars would take Earth’s spot causing its ice caps to melt and rise water levels higher, maybe in a few million years it would develop life,
Jupiter would take Mars’s spot, consuming the asteroid belt making it be bigger
Saturn would probably take Jupiter’s spot, but if Jupiter is big enough, Saturn might orbit around it.
Uranus and Neptune would have slight changes as of just being a bit closer to the sun.
Dwarf Planets would orbit the ice giants, and the dwarf planets moons might just be larger asteroids or moons.
