I still have these two on vinyl. It's a compilation of Christmas songs featuring Larry Groce, the Disneyland Children's Chorus, the Mike Sammes Singers, and Mickey and his friends. It features songs from the two Disney Christmas albums.

This is odd. It seems like a compilation of 2 tapes that I had. I'm not doubting you, just saying I never knew this particular tape existed. So far, Rudolph is from Christmas Favorites, and Joy to the World, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas and Sleigh Ride are from Merry Christmas Carols.
Would you be able to post the other tape? I'm glad you have these. I've had the Best of Disney SA tapes since a kid. And in the song books in the back was a list of releases. Always wanted these growing up. So, glad to finally hear these. :)
This was one of two tapes with accompanying songbooks released on or around 1989. The songs are taken from a 1970s recording and so are on older sets as well. That's why you've seen them before. Anyone know who the man is who sings Away in a Manger? I always thought it was the voice actor who played Dave Seville in the Chipmunks but I'm not so sure. This tape is very nostalgic.
I will be uploading this tape soon, but I could only find the second tape for it. Apparently it was a 2 tape collection. I will be on the lookout for the first tape :)

I'm holding my battered copy of this tape in my hands right now. Listened to it soooo many times as a kid. So sad iTunes doesn't have it *cries*
