2 parts untinted house paint base 3
1 part triple thick polyurethane
Little water for consistency

Cell Activator is:
Iron oxide Black ( Lukas )
Mixed with US floetrol thinned with water ( 2:1 )

Sheldon, the final result is stunning! This is the largest bloom I have ever seen! If I understood you correctly on the first one, because you held the cup with the CA too high it had the same affect as the paint pouring into a dirty layer in a cup. (I hope that makes sense.)

I usually add 4 ounces per gallon
