@ Morten, I can’t keep up with your videos! But perhaps the reason why the name seemed familiar and not like 40 years ago familiar is because you mentioned them. By the way, thanks to Ben and now you, I listened to a couple of songs from that Triffids album. It feels similar to a Canadian band but I can’t say which one.
@@MortenAastad Well, both Canadians and Australians have an interest in British music. It wouldn’t be a total surprise to have similar sounding bands, especially if the Aussie band softened its edges to sound more British.
Prefab Sprout... Yes Doug! 🤩
Cool Prefab Sprout album. It's wild that they got Pete Townshend and Stevie Wonder to contribute. I have not heard of Pipe Dreams. Great entry.
Cool selections, Doug! I love that Pretenders record.
Thank you! I have a few other Pretenders but I need the one with Brass in Pocket
Oooo….Prefab Sprout! Love them and I don’t have that Langley album 👍 Good job! Cheers-R
Thanks! Not many people show prefab sprout
Lot of cool covers on the albums too. Seems most people like that particular Pretenders release the most. Good luck Doug. 🍻
Thanks man!
Interesting choices - I thought you’d show Kiss - not sure why.
I tried to avoid the obvious bands
I like how simply you found your contributions. Four bands from the P section! I haven't heard of Pre-fab Sprout for a long time, I think.
Maybe I was just being lazy 🙂. Prefab Sprout rarely is shown in the vc.
You guys never remember my videos 😫
I'm like Mr. Prefab Sprout up in here! (NY accent) 😂
