Hello. Can you give some tips for a biology BSc student in year 1? What should I do to be accepted?

Hey, I am a BSc student in my final yr, finishing this month! I would say get as much experience as you can, by volunteering or paid work in the science field you are interested in. This really stands out and shows ur interest to managers, something they really look for. Also try and get the best grades as possible! When applying to the STP in the future really sell urself and don't undermine ur skills and accomplishments. I am now in the interview stage, fingers crossed I get it :)
