And a tip for looping is to learn the maps. That means fully exploring all the maps that are available and seeing where all the vaults and good loops are. This basically helps eliminating any unnecessary sprinting during a chase and makes maneuvering around the map an easier and smoother process, since you would already know how to get from point a to point b. Do this in a private server with an alt account or a friend. You’ll find yourself more efficient in chases afterwards, promise !
I did this with a few maps (I couldn't get them all done since a friend of the friend who owned the private server joined and wanted to play actual games when we were just xp grinding and figuring out the maps) and let me tell you I have found myself looping better.
Something to note about vaults: for the survivors who have less than I think 5 or 4 speed stat, their vaults increase from 3 to 4 to compensate the lack of speed. This can be really useful to bamboozle the killer if they don't know you have an extra vault.
Good information but useless as of now since no character has under 5 stamina. Which I think kinda sucks since if that rules exists, there should be at least one character who has like 4 stamina to put that rule to use.
This is the best of a looping guide you guys are gonna get outta me lol maybe I'll make a more in depth looping guide soon. And yes, I'll eventually make a killer version of this if anyone asks.
im asking. DO A KILLER VER. my surgeon winstreak got destroyed recently so i want to go back to maining slasher and android like i used to, but it’s been so long i forgot how to :(
Tips for not getting in a Gen Lock: Do not do gens on one side of the map, since it could be easier to rotate for killer. If it’s an open map, do the gens near middle, this will help you becuz the killer will now have to rotate at a more longer range, leaving you more time to work on it.
Here are some of my personal tips as a survivor: - Learn where to head using the red light. It should determine where the killer is facing, especially on blocked walls. - Learn the killer's spawn location and where they'll head to first. If your in an area prone to being targeted first, find a safer place to fix a generator or hide. - If your in an open area and you see the killer coming for you, start the chase to gain enough distance. Nice video, can you do Rescue Tips next? Been seeing a lot of survivors struggle recently, especially camping
The first tip isn't exactly something I'd consider always reliable. If you're surrounded by friends like mine who are basically as good as me you'll start to see how unreliable it becomes on loops with walls. It's generally better to just rely on looking at their model directly. If you are at a loop with walls though then you can just use how transparent the heart radius is combined with the red aura to determine where they are(or windows if there are any at the loop). Anyway nah I don't think a rescue guide is nessecary I may touch upon it a bit in a killer guide whenever I do one but it's really just boiled down to don't rescue infront of the killer most of the time.
Thank you for this video! Will definitely help a lot with a lot of people :D Also the second to last tip is really important, always watch really good players and observe what they do. It really helps a lot in the long run!
Well that's how I learned way back when I started playing DB1. I just saw how good player played survivor and killer and all the skills I needed kinda came after that.
I just started playing this game today, and I already absolutely love it. It’s so fun and I’m actually kinda getting good. Still need A LOT of work obvi, but I’m getting better at dodging the killer and hiding 😈👍
@@luminxscent5235 ... I've been playing for 2 days and I've juked a killer so badly he doesn't even want to get me anymore, is that skill or luck? Because I have experience with this.

A character tier list for daybreak I think those would be interesting. Also amazing video! Keep up the great work! A really helpful guide for beginners especially
Every character can loop it's just that if you're playing a survivor with low chase stats there is FAR less room for error. Especially against very good killer players they will push your looping skills to their limit.
@@something1558 mh alrighty, i thought there was some super secret techniques to looping with low stat characters or something but no its probably just a skill issue with me lol
Really there's no difference in looping as a high speed/stamina surv vs a low speed/stamina one. I'd just advise that you use you're favorite looper character with some kind of second chance perk for when looping. Once you get good enough to loop someone as good as me at killer then naturally you'll be able to manage with even low chase stat survivors. Just know that if you're going up against someone good and they're playing a killer good at ending chases(Werewolf, Polluted) and the killer knows how to ACTUALLY use their ability effectively, you're likely not going to last long.
As a guy who started to play, the first things i started to ask was which survivors and killers were meta, eh i just played and i win some and losed some
Well now she's no longer slowed when using it so there's that. But well try to do it when they're vaulting since well they can't dodge it when vaulting or try to get them in a narrow space. You can also try to spread out the fire spray by sliding it across your screen slowly to make the fire go out in a fan/shotgun like shape to make it harder to avoid.
I need help so bad, i actually literally not have idea of how to heal with Dakari, im so dumb i cant- like i need to wait they are low and get revive or whe they are down¿¿ wah-
dakari is good for killers who are camping. shooting a downed survivor with a healing gun will heal 75 percent, so u can shoot them, and then heal or heal first and then shoot
Basically spread gen progress across the 3-4 genlock, use high smarts survivors, tap regressing gens as soon/as much as possible but don't do it it if it means getting hit, and finally communicate where the killer is going for your team. I did kind of rush the genlock section so my apologies if it wasn't that clear.
oh noo, it isnt that you didnt make it clear, i only dont know what a genlock is. Is it the one that have a lot of gens near each other?@@something1558
(Sorry if this comment was late) When u get a character to lvl 8, u are able to use their perk and stats on other survivors. Imagine I leveled my Seoung to 8, and I want to lvl up Callum bc I like the character but I feel more confortable with Seoung's ability and stats. Boom, I can transfer her perk and stats to the other character and yeah :D. U can swap perks when clicking the Perk tab on the character profile I hope this was the answer u wanted :)

maybe, i should try this and i have a private server since i get downed, or killed easily from the killer but yet im mid at looping.
Or you can just use ryder in a normal server as you explore the place
