I encourage investigating the concept of “new thought” ❤ Our God doesn’t change. He’s not to be put in a box , yes, however; He’s also a God who is the same yesterday, today, and always. That’s why looking to His word is so important. And reading it accurately. It’s historical and living, but we need to have discernment against creating our own interpretations of it. The story of the prodigal son was a parable illustrating “us” and the Father, not marriage. If we decide to interpret these kinds of stories to fit our own molds, it does make me question if that’s you hearing God, or rather hearing your own desires, or a familiar spirit possibly working similarly to new age interpretations. Gods word never says anything about standing for years for a marriage or for a person to finally pursue you, it actually has multiple evidences of the exact opposite. (Rebekah, Ruth, Rachel, Esther, Mary, etc..) I’ve seen no evidence of “kingdom marriages” in this particular sense, of waiting for someone to “come home”. Anyways, I only say this with love and a longing for His truth. I want not to be led astray myself, nor see this with anyone else. I think there’s maybe a deeper rooting concern, maybe healing or deliverance required for many of us watching these kinds of videos. ❤ Take all things back to the Lord and His word. I pray my separation with my ex is for this very reason (to eventually be reunited on a new foundation that will last with God). We separated 3 months ago when she told me she and I had to grow with God individually and then if the Lord willed, be brought back together for a godly relationship, not a worldly one. I know that I cannot sit here absolutely expecting this to happen, but I believe that God CAN if He wills it to be. It's so hard to not think of her all the time and it really feels like she's just moved on right now...but I also know there's so much more to it than just what I see.
