Even as a kid, I thought that the trainer names were weird. Most of them look like a random assortment of letters. Or maybe they're supposed to be surnames? Dunno. Anywho, thanks for running this game! It's a classic in my book. :)
Yeah although in colosseum your mons will be roughly lower level than the end boss even in speedruns Although thanks to colosseum 100% snags run i watched I got to watch a cool glitch for Colosseum Throw a ball at the opponent with the first mon, and then with the second mon swap ball positions, now you have a permanent use ball as it doesnt drain the useage of either ball and still throws out the ball type you are using... including the master ball
It's no wonder i haven't learned of this game until today, the soundtrack is not fitting, and all the animations are reused from pokemon stadium. This game doesn't need to exist.
Jared G The gameplay is pretty solid, and it had some really nice quality of life improvements from Colosseum. Aesthetics aside (which shouldn’t be the point of a Pokémon game at all imo), it was enjoyable.
“All the animations are reused from Pokémon stadium” not only is wrong since gen 3 Pokémon weren’t in either stadium game, but a lot of animations were refined and updated.
Sorry to tell you that they reuse animations from XY in Sword and Shield. These Pokemon at least have personality, not like SwSh mannequins. Also, I'm really sorry that you can't enjoy one of the best pokemon OST in existence 😔

I used to love this game as a kid and I actually think its better made than the new pokemon games in animations, story, etc nice urn
