- We recorded this song as a little birthday present for my Dad. He used to play me this song when I was young and I’ve always loved it.
First time recording with the super talented Nick Kirby, could NOT have done this without him. He filmed, edited, recorded, mixed, played bass & sang some cheeky BVs. What a legend.
If you stick with it right to the end there’s a little guest appearance which in my opinion is the highlight! 🐾

I've heard that Allan Clark's vocals for this song are hauntingly good. Paula yours are exceptionally great. Tone and intonation are spot on. Again THE best version I have ever heard. I have goosebumps. From the Seekers to the Hollies. You are simply amazing. God bless you with continued success.

Absolutely loved it, so nice to hear someone with a gentle mellow tone to their voice rather than the high pitched wailing and screetching of so many of todays singers, thats the ones that at least sing rather than just talk, also glad you did it at the correct speed as i have noticed at lot of covers today are slowed down into something resembling a funeral dirge, you got this spot on as you did with the 'i'll never find another you, would love to hear you do Val Doonicans 'Elusive Butterfly' a song perfect for your style tone. (first heard it in 1966 as a 10 year old and have loved it ever since, its much better than the bob lind original from 1965)
