We stayed in Seramanda for a month in March/April this year and really enjoyed the charm of it as well as the friendly staff and perfect location. Now with the Icon open I’d definitely use that as a short cut to the beach!

I stayed at Semarandana! I loved it, I was alone and my room was huge! The staff were so lovely, they even invited me to have a beer with them on the eve of Galungan. The one thing I will note here is there was no extractor fan or ventilation in the bathroom so it smelled a little musty but I just left the door open most of the time to air it out.
Its in an excellent location ❤ I would absolutely stay there again

Hi Rich, so for the yearly rates for a room do you generally speaking, pay for the year up front . Ie before you move in you pay your $6500 in one payment? Not that that would be a problem but just wanting to understand how it all works. Another great video!😊
