The red ball took a moment and sink into the pocket while cue ball still rolling..but the Ref conceded it to put back that red ball..Why? to me it still a normal shot,unless the white ball already stop and the opponent got position to make a shot that red sink into pocket,only then the Ref should put back the red ball!!
The cue ball was still moving at the time the red dropped, so I don’t know why the referee decided as he did.
i dont agree with that as he hadent left the table ref was wrong
