We did that hike with our 11-year-old twins in 2004. We renamed that trail "Delightful Garden" and we agree it's one of the best hikes we have ever done. It was very enjoyable to watch your video and it brought back memories of a very special day. This is a great video as usual and now you are making us want to go back to Arches NP!
Another great hike! I was surprise to see that they hadn't replaced the map that showed Wall Arch, which collapsed in 2008, 10 years before you were there. Thanks for taking us there!
We may return to Arches next year. We want to hike the Fiery Furnace which was closed during our previous visit. We appreciate your comment. Happy New Year.
I don't like being cold either, nice view of the mountain 🏔️ side with the archs. Beautiful view of the clouds thru the arch, nice view with the drone shots.
It depends on how much time you spend at each arch and whether you want to walk to Dark Angel (not an arch) like we did. It took us 5.5 hours but it can be done in less. I would allow 4-5 hours. Enjoy and let us know what you thought of the adventure 🙂
I-O! If you want to see all 8 arches and Dark Angel it's a little over 7 miles in length. Make sure you take a lot of fluids and snacks taking breaks when needed and you should be fine. If you follow the same route we did, once you see the Double O Arch, you could skip Dark Angel if you're feeling tired and that will cut about .5 mile off your hike. There are a few steep areas but if you have decent hiking shoes you'll be fine. It's a great hike!

It was our favorite hike at Arches. Fiery Furnace was closed so we need a return trip to do it. Thanks for your continued interest 😊.
