This is great. Been a kayn main for years and actually learned 2 thing in this video. The vision on baron buff while standing in red wall, and using the orb indicator that is really intended to alert enemies to your presence to your advantage to scout out enemies that are hiding in brush. I never thought to use it that way.
I used to main Kayne and those are the exact two things that I picked up aswell which I didnt know
i have like 20 games on kayn.
First thing i noticed was the busted amount of vision u get once u get into a wall lol
would be one of the first mechanics id test around in practice tool if i were to main kayn

When other champs can see you while you're in a wall, an orb is displayed along the wall near where they are, I've gotten so many blind kills from this and it helps you track people running throught the jungle

I started watching KarasMai season 8 when he had less than 100 viewers per stream. Always a super super kind and genuine guy - great taste in music - and loves to teach people. This has been my most exciting Coached By video. I wish i saw it live!

Love karasmai and a huge fan of kayn, this was another vid of coaching with a champ main that was awesome to watch! kayn has so many little things that you can put together to make impact but he feels smooth to play. didn't know about the red buff wall E seeing into baron pit... that would've been useful to know sooner.

for future viewers since this was just recommended to me. In the video they talk about home guards and Neace didn’t quit understand what it meant. When you get form it gives you home guards. So as opposed to it starting the home guard timer in base it starts at where you take form at. It was understood that you use home guards to run out and then pick form, which is incorrect

I've been watching and subbed for years but recently the content has become largely just flaming clients and way over click baiting but the "NEACE gets coached" content is all still 10/10.
I would love to see Neace get coached by Pinkward doing Shaco Top.
That might be nice for content but it only works because he is good with shaco.. Ap shaco top is difficult to pull off. And I really think Neace wants to show normal valid and legit pick for its lane.

Karasmai is so juicy
Another big thing is that you can smite while inside someone with R. Useful for slowing with blue smite for team to catch, or occasionally to attempt a steal on dragon/baron.
so glad neace got coached on his clear from karasmai, the clear is bonkers good and the dude knows kayn so damn well. and in past videos it was so clear neace didnt know kayns clear ability very well.
karasmai makes it looks easy egtting it THIS perfect everytime. but anyone looking to climb to at least be trying to achieve it will be doing more than well enough im pretty sure.
i played kayns only a little, but i drilled this clear into me before trying it. and red kayn for some reason i struggled with, but blue kayns speed and slippery play was really my playstyle. and im sure that goes against the norm with kayn.
as far as coaching goes, if somone is going blue kayn and not abusing the map speed and threat it needs addressing,
and with red kayn i guess if somone is using the R at full hp often thats a misplay too.

I want to see more of this. Kayn is my backup after Shaco and this was incredibly helpful. I RARELY go blue Kayn but this tells me I need to just go blue and play it right. Just force it and play it right. Like when I play Shaco I much prefer AD because the ganks are 10x better. I learned that I just need to force AD unless my ENTIRE team is AD already. I need to go blue unless their entire team is tanks. You always have a win con that way.

When u need a assassin go blue when u need a tank go red
In champ select, if you’re facing 3+ melee champs, go red. If 3+ ranged go blue.
@@seamussmyth120 If ur in low elo always go red. You will never lose a game because you went red instead of blue, but you will frequently lose a game because you went blue instead of red. Red kayns healing and CC are much better in the weird skirmishes that tend to happen between iron to plat, and he isnt forced to go straight lethality assassin like blue kayn. You can easily build AD bruiser or full lethality on red kayn depending on how greedy or fed you need to be, and the extra mobility blue kayn provides isn't worth it compared to the insane survivability of red kayn. If you want an assassin that can one shot people just go Talon Zed or Rengar. They have a stronger early game and way better snowball. You can disagree with me but I've found that the team in lower elo with more CC/utility and more bullshit cheese mechanics like healing or revives almost always win in low elo compared to the team with more damage because playing around those mechanics is something players without a lot of experience struggle with, as with damage a low experience player can stack armor pretty easily knowing its effective. Unless of course you play this game for fun and not for rank in which case do whatever you want!

@@ShinyFood Conquerer triumph tenacity last stand free boots cosmic insight. If enemy team has literally no CC you can go alacrity instead of tenacity but if they have any stuns at all go tenacity. Your secondary runes can change but free boots cosmic insight is just the best because it gives you a free 300 gold and item and summoner spell haste are invaluable as you only get them from very specific items.
i watch karasmai a lot and when he was telling tips in practice tool i was like - "no man this guy choking" was thinking especially about that baron vision trick that i learned on his stream and a lot more. atleast he remembered a lot of them when ingame lol

At least now I know what time to invade karasmai (and other kayn tryhards) when he is full clearing because he is low AF during that blue side clear the whole time and he doesn't have E up

I don't think you understood the transform-homeguard interaction fully still. Normally, you get the homeguards speedup from the center of the fountain. If you then run out of the base, a timer starts, giving you a certain amount of time before you return to normal movement speed. What KarasMai is showing, is that if you transform outside of the fountain, you still get the homeguards effect, but you start at the place of transformation, instead of at the center of the fountain, making it so you can run with homeguards for a longer distance.
Perhaps you did understand it already, but I thought I would clarify :)
Kayn is my jungle main, and Karasmai is my favorite League streamer. Loved the vid :D
get form at your nexus turret, it GIVES you homeguards (temp move speed), then you E through walls in your jungle super fast. the reason is to get farther quicker. can get to drag in like 6 seconds. W

39:25 Also Neace it seemed you’re interested in playing Kayn some more and something I realized is I’m pretty sure once you’re in blue form you don’t have to Q to the raptor wall at all if you go through the tower. so you can get your full w/q combo to clear them instantly instead of only hitting a couple. At the time stamp above if you W->Q you full clear minis for sure and just have to auto the big one a couple times

I always thought of it the other way around… which is true too of course.. it tells the enemy that kayne is in the wall there.. but… it points kayne to where they are!? Oh fuck

Couple things I'd like to add. I've only made it in 15 minutes and I can't watch the whole video. These aren't major things but nice to know. Kayn's E gives vision inside of connecting brush to walls, so like the two at red. Kayn's Q speed increases with movespeed. I was hoping Karasmai would touch on this and I don't know how perfectly it works but both sides can see the little orb that appears on the wall when Kayn does his E in a wall. This both gives the enemy an idea of Kayn's position but does the same for Kayn, because it meets between, so if Kayn see's the Orb he knows an enemy is nearby even in the unlikely chance he can't see them (can't confirm for stealth, sorry) and what direction they're in. The vision granted is massive because it extends from the wall he's in, not himself. Honestly kind of stupid :^)
You can also W while in a wall to harass people safely. Even as Red Kayn you have time to W someone and back out mostly safely.
If he eventually says all this. My bad *shrug* Just tryna be helpful :)
