It’s unfortunate that you’re in an environment that will not value your thought processes because to them marriage is the gateway to heaven.
As a married woman and I don’t live in Naija, but I’m very realistic in terms of I’m ready to divorce over physical abuse in marriage (touch me once, and it’s a done deal) and there’s no absolute begging that’ll make stay. Because I’m such a realistic person, I’ve made it known to my husband too. For me, that’s my breaking limit.
And I do not give 2Fs about anyone’s opinions.

Please you need to work on your audio, particularly that of your guest. Sometimes it fades away and I cant hear till my audio to the loudest which is not healthy. Thank you.
I’m not judging but she and her family left one religion because they didn't ask about what was going on at that moment, and almost the same thing happened in the other one and you tried to justify it 😅 isn't that funny? We're humans and it's the people's personalities that determine how they behave towards you which shouldn’t be the reason you practice or don’t practice their religion, you need to learn about it yourself ❤
That's why we should make love first and other things follow, Religion is not just about gathering alone but about loving and looking after ourselves in peace, in trouble and in Joy.
people changes for different reasons. It's good to check on one another and I don't think that should be the reason why you leaving your religion to another. Anobi Mohammed (saw) make it know to his us that we check anyone of our brother and sister's in Islam. Many people don't know this but it's rewarding from Allah mostly If someone his sick. Anobi Mohammed tell us to check on him/her pray for him/her.

As much as I love your stories, I see some mixup in your conclusions. I sincerely mean it in a +ve way though. I was looking for a way to respond on your view about religion until you talk about your view with the industry…. You see the way you view the industry(because the same people in that your industry belong to one religion or the other), and you were able to learn and understand how things work, the same is with most religions. You go to religion gathering for YOU. Though, those challenges will come, but you will always find strength in the messages you hear. Remember, people are in religion gathering for different reasons and some are agent of the devil. And be careful whom you wanting advices from. Then you will be expecting too much from the person and they can come pretending. Your parent gave you a very solid foundation, build on it prayerfully and you will be fine. For marriage or relationship, know what you want and pray about it without doubt or double minded, same values will find you. Also seek therapy. You’re such a good person, but you need the right people in your life. Ask your parents for advice more🙌 Nice upload. 👍
Yetunde am sorry to say but you cannot be hot or cold. You are sitting and judging both religions based on one experience. Aunty Biola thanks for explaining the Bible to her. But again churches in Nigeria have lost touch here in Yankee it’s different and am not talking of Nigerian churches. Let’s just pray for revival in the church again.
