Useful, thanks. I'm heading there in March to cycle in the park, so I won't be doing some of those rocky climbs you did. I think I'll bring my own favorite energy sandwich: Almond butter and cherry preserves on cranberry-walnut bread (If I can find some of that in Amarillo). Staying at the lone hotel in Turkey.
I could sit up there all day... water, snacks, meditate, and a book. Oh, and camera of course 🦋🦋Loving life!! You guys were really in your element. Thank you guys!! Stay safe.🐾🥓🍳🥐🧘🏼♀️🧗🏻♂️

Thanks for filming some episodes in the USA! I love your vlogs from out of the country but it's also great to see some areas of the country that are more accessible for those of us who are not world travelers. Also, I'm sure people who don't live here love seeing another aspect of the USA rather than the stuff everyone films.

Though I’m from a suburb of Fort Worth, I’ve tent camped with wife and kiddo three times at Caprock Canyons, and we’re going back in a week. So, obviously we like it there. It really is a beautiful and interesting landscape! If you visit in the summer, be sure to have insect repellent, as the biting flies in certain parts of the park sting like crazy!

We camped and hiked there last summer! Loved it! It was about 110 degrees when we were there. It’s fun to see it in the winter with ice!

This is why for me a Brit I love holidaying in the USA, you have such a massive country and diverse scenery, it is amazing for me! The U.K. is just mainly dull, cloudy, rainy, dreary and known as “rip off Britain.”

I was stationed in Lubbock TX for 2 years back in the 80's. Boy, did your video bring back memories of the road trips I would take, just me and my Irish Setter. We'd race tornadoes - you could see them like they were just a few miles away but were really much further - that flat horizon really messes with your sense of space! They don't call it the Caprock for nothing! Once you get on top, it's miles and miles of nothing but miles and miles. I need more green and mountains in my life :-). By the way, that breakfast - that's a biscuit, not a roll; nothing like an English biscuit though! LOL!

Make sure the stretching is dynamic at the beginning of a workout, to get the blood flowing to the muscles. Static stretching is a cool down.

Pause at 7:28 and try to find as many Native Americans faces as you can. I lost count. A second is a long time in the scan so you have do it in 3. right at the end, (next to lion face) is a little guy with green hair and a downturned mouth far top right. Or am I going mad?

Words of encouragement - please use a reference to be able to explain yourselves more fully. "Neat" "Cool" "Really freakin' neat" can be expressed with our native language utilizing adjectives and adverbs that can be learned (even by millenials). It would add greatly to your already fine vlogs. Please.
You do such a nice job of showing places (what you show here is spectacular) - please think about the best way of expressing what you are feeling. Keep up the otherwise fine work.
