I did this training and have been teaching in Thailand for almost 5 years. Coming to Thailand is a big step but I recommend this training if Thailand is where you want to be. It makes teaching in Thailand more viable.
Took this course 7 years ago in Chiang Mai. 7 years later and I've taught in Thailand, Japan and China. It was a valuable learning experience and I met some great people while studying here
Great school! I finished my 4 week course in July 2016 and found work immediately after with their help and guidance. Highly recommend SEETEFL if your looking to teach in Thailand.
Excellent TEFL course, excellent school and teaching staff! Highly recommended, valuable experience and qualification for teaching English as a Foreign Language in Thailand and/or anywhere else in the world.

@@SEE-TEFL-Teacher-Training How do i know if i've "strong" English language skills? Is there a way to test this before participating in the course? Thank you in advance for your time and reply.
@@Eoin-Boreara We recommend that non-native speakers possess a language proficiency equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5 If you are not sure, this will give you an idea of what'6.5' means: www.ielts.org/-/media/pdfs/speaking-band-descriptors.ashx?la=en
Most trainees suffer some form of anxiety before their first teaching practices, it's completely normal. I did 20 years ago when I did my TEFL course. However, if people know that anxiety will be a major issue, they should take professional medical advice before enrolling. If the thought of observed teaching practices is overwhelming, this is definitely a sign that this course is not a good idea for you. From our experience, most people's nerves settle quickly after the first few teaching practices, but the decision to enroll is a personal choice. People decide themselves whether this is a suitable course for them.
