Crazy how everyone is different, I took off the michelin pilot street 2 and went back to the CST knobby and I do 90% of my riding on streets. I love that tire
Ive just put my biggest nobby on my wheel, its different wheel. waiting for a chance to ride it. Cant wait. Hated my street tyre, wobble beast, Train trackin wind and sand snake ha. I tried one other square mildly nobby before and loved it so i hope my new tyre goes straight to.
I just ordered my EX30. I have rode the v13 and it is top heavy and made me super uncomfortable trying to maneuver it in any direction other than a straight line.
Cool video!!🔥 I thought the EX30 felt good when I rode it. I'm not a fan of the CST knobby tire or the pads but that's a easy fix. Overall the EX30 is a solid wheel. Thanks for sharing and letting me demo the wheel. Peace & Blessings.
LoL I had to review your footage after noticing that one of the lower pads are missing during the later oart 😅 I thought you lost it somewhere while doing this vid 😅
AWESOME vIDEO, i GOT THIS WHEEL AND love it. WITH A FEW CHANGES (btw YOU CAN GET IT WITH street tire, they offer knobby or street) .... I tried the sherman-s c-pro and this... I am a big guy and this wheel had it all except when you are starting from a stop on n incline it doesnt take off from a stop like other wheels and like this beast should (easier).) Once you are going 20+ mph and want acceleration I have not felt any other wheel 3600wh that takes off like this it is a revelation for me and my street cruiser that I love. the other 2 wheels I mentions are both great as well but for my size this wheel made me feel like I was 5'10" 180lbs and not 6'4 270 that i am.. its a great wheel for bg guys and reg size guys as well ... Keep up the great videos mate. I have the clark kit onmine as the one thing I hear is the opening on the side can make your wheel feel sketchy and oscillate at high speed( it never happen to me b/c I had my clark pads waiting for me (the system for the ex-30) it is extra $ but The ride is so damn good and the biopads and 2nd head light is wicked for night riding.) EUC ungerground is the place .... try to cover those metal grates on top of the batteries with some cardboard and black tape just for testing if you dont have fairings... it make it a diff ride. cheers
Id like have seen a close up of the tyre for us on tiny screens. With your current views, Thanks. Ive moved my opinions on tyres over my time so always interested to see differences. Pads and riding styles are another varying over time thing and with euc being a new system it sure makes it fun to figure out. Thanks Ustride.
I'm not a heavy guy, nor do I ride offroad, so I prefer supple street tires. The CST C1488 which is an old standard tire many wheels came with, is my favorite. I can run low pressures without riding the sidewalls, which makes it unpredictable. I suspect heavier riders prefer thicker tires because they don't have that problem.
What's your view on the optimal wheel diameter? Seems to me that's the main difference between the Master Pro and EX30. The pro is like a Monster (22) and the ex30 is like an MSX (18).
@@UStride for a lot of us it kicks in real bad at 48mph. It violently starts shaking. And the new 5005 firmware supposedly fixes this, but then you lose engine braking and then have to rely on rear brake pads more.
They look like Rollerblade brand knee pads. Leatt pads are well liked. I prefer the knee brace versions it they’re over $800 unless you find a used pair.
Apologies for late reply. I got it from Ali Express. Here is the link Cuirassier K01-3 Motorcycle Knee pads a.aliexpress.com/_mtSlljO I think I'll feature it on the channel soon. It's taken multiple hits and is still very strong. Also they have extra straps with velcro so there is literally no sliding. Love it

@centoslimetime I don't see it which is why I'm asking you to help me see what I don't see. I have over 400+ videos, plus those I haven't posted and thousands of miles between numerous wheels in numerous states. I don't see what you're saying. So if you can be more specific maybe I can see what you're putting down

That tire sounds like a vacuum cleaner or sawmill, on pavement. Damn. Lot's of rolling resistance.

you're fast man !
I’m happy you get to review this wheel cuz I’m stuck between this and the v13
That and the v13? The ex30 is a no brainer between the two l. Just my opinion. Unless you're concerned about something else
I just ordered my EX30. I have rode the v13 and it is top heavy and made me super uncomfortable trying to maneuver it in any direction other than a straight line.
Would you put any knobby on it such ta Shinko or would you just put a Street tire like a Michelin or a Metzler on it??
@curtflirt2 yes I would absolutely put a shinko on it
Whoaaa that's how you ride the EX30 nice flow awsome video!!! I like my knobby tire took me about a month to handle the weight.
Thanks man

I'm really looking forward for your in depth review of this wheel bro👍
A heck of a yook, Sifu!
Absolutely love it
That wheel is nuts, I was gonna hold off til next year but MAN I wanna ride it NOW.

Hey, thanks for this. Are you going to be able to swap the tire? It wouldn't be a proper review otherwise hmm. Do you have a favorite tire?
Yes, I love the CST Street Tire and the Shenko. Is that the name? Lol

Any oscillation at 45mph + ?
No
